Power of Donations: Corporate Support

There are many different ways an organisation and its staff can get involved in supporting the YWCA of Adelaide:

Make a Charitable Gift - a financial gift of any size can help the YWCA of Adelaide continue impacting and changing the lives of young women. Your gift will help YWCA of Adelaide provide programs that advocate, empower, support and create leadership opportunities for young women.

Your donation makes a difference!

• $50 provides the materials for a street team after school workshop
• $250 allows one young woman to attend a workshop
• $500 allows 20 young women to attend a café session
• $600 sponsors an advocacy campaign
• $800 sponsors a Family Fun day
• $900 sponsors one group mentoring day through our Connect-4 program
• $1000 sponsors a survey of young women
• $1000 sponsors a focus group discussion with 10 young women
• $2000 allows one young woman to attend a regional workshop
• $3000 sponsors one term for 12 women at Encore
• $3000 matches a young woman with a mentor for one year
• $4000 sponsors one gender training workshop
• $5000 matches a disadvantaged youth with a mentor through our Big Brothers Big Sisters program for one year

Become a Corporate Partner –The YWCA of Adelaide is looking to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with companies which want to help create a voice for young women.

Sponsor an Event/Project – If there is a campaign or event which you feel strongly about become a sponsor and help the YWCA of Adelaide get the message out. The YWCA of Adelaide will work closely with all sponsors to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship.

Payroll or workplace giving – This option enables employees to give regular payments through their pay. Employers can choose to match employee donations, creating a unifying and loyal workplace, one which contributes to creating a fair and just society.

Event Fundraising – Get your whole team involved in making a difference by organising a YWCA of Adelaide fundraiser at work.  It's a great way to bring the workplace together and make a difference to young women in South Australia.
