The SHE Leads program has been designed to accelerate the career progression of young women at the start of their careers by providing a 12 month boost to their personal and professional development. To ensure this objective is achieved, we use adult learning principles and techniques that have immediate application in the workplace.

Throughout the program, you'll be given the opportunity to apply your growing knowledge to a real project within your small group, led by an experienced business mentor.
